Anime Expo announced on Tuesday that it will host JoJo's Bizarre Adventure television anime director Naokatsu Tsuda (Inu X Boku Secret Service). He will present the English dub premiere of the anime alongside voice actor Ben Diskin (who plays Joseph Joestar in the English dub).
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release the anime with the English dub and subtitles on DVD and digital on July 28.
The television anime of Hirohiko Araki's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga began airing in Japan in 2012. The sequel series, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, began airing in Japan in April last year, followed by JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders Egypt Arc in January. Crunchyroll streamed both the original series and the sequels.
The first three episodes of the 2014 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders anime already received an earlier pilot English dub that premiered during Anime Expo last July and streamed on Crunchyroll. That dub starred Matthew Mercer (Jotaro Kujo), Richard Epcar (Joseph Joestar), and Patrick Seitz (Dio).
In addition, the convention announced on Tuesday that it will host Urotsukidoji and La Blue Girl manga creator Toshio Maeda, as well as manga creator Bosshi at the convention for panels and autograph sessions. Bosshi will sell an exclusive doujin magazine at the FAKKU booth during the convention.

This year's Anime Expo will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 2 to July 5.
