Irregular at Magic High School PS Vita Game's 2nd Promo Previews 3 Gameplay Modes

Bandai Namco Games began streaming the second promotional video for the Mahōka Kōkō no Rettōsei: Out of Order (Irregular at Magic High School: Out of Order) PlayStation Vita video game on Monday. The trailer features more gameplay footage, voice samples and in-game footage for eight playable characters, and introduces the "Triangle System" of play.
The "Triangle System" includes three modes of gameplay: an adventure mode where players explore an original story, action mode where players fight against other characters in a 3D field, and CAD (Casting Assisting Device) mode where players can customize their characters' attacks.
The promo also previews the special edition, which will include an original art box, a special contents Blu-ray disc, a drama CD containing an original story, an original soundtrack for the game, six clear bookmarks, a special booklet containing production notes from the game, and a product code to obtain three in-game costumes.
The game will ship in Japan on October 30, with a normal copy of the game retailing for 6,170 yen (about US$61), while the special edition will cost 9,980 yen (about US$100). Tsutomu Satou will write a new story for the game.
The television anime adaptation of Satou's Mahōka Kōkō no Rettōsei (The irregular at magic high school) light novels began airing in April. Aniplex of America is streaming the series on four sites in North America as it airs.
