Animax Asia's Chain Chronicle Anime Ad Reveals May 30 Premiere

Animax Asia began streaming a commercial on Tuesday for its airing of the Chain Chronicle: The Light of Haecceitas television anime. The video reveals that Animax Asia will premiere the anime on May 30, with two episodes every Monday and Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. GMT +8.

The Chain Chronicle: The Light of Haecceitas anime project has both a theatrical and a television version. The theatrical version is split into three films, and each film screened in a two-week limited engagement in theaters. The first film debuted in Japan on December 3, the second debuted on January 14, and the third film debuted on February 11. The 12-episode television anime version premiered on January 7, and ended on March 25. Each of the three anime films has the same story content as four television episodes.

Masashi Kudo (Kyō no Asuka Show, Hayate the Combat Butler! Cuties, Ikki Tousen: Extravaganza Epoch) directed the anime and designed the characters at Telecom Animation Film and Graphinica. Touko Machida (Allison & Lillia, The IDOLM@STER, Chaika the Coffin Princess) supervised the scripts. Daisuke Jinba (Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens, Kimi ni Todoke - From Me to You, anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day) was in charge of art direction. Masato Kōda (Arpeggio of Blue Steel - Ars Nova, Maria the Virgin Witch, KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!!) composed the music, and Shōji Hata (Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal, Fairy Tail, One-Punch Man) was in charge of sound direction. Takeo Ogiwara (Princess Tutu, Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, Penguindrum) was the director of photography.
