Manga creator Tamiki Wakaki announced on his blog on Monday that the next chapter of his Neji no Hitobito (The Screw People) manga will be the last. The 25th and final chapter will launch on Thursday on Shogakukan's Ura Sunday manga website.
Wakaki launched the manga in Ura Sunday in February 2015. Shogakukan shipped the second compiled book volume on July 15. The story of the manga revolves around high school student Neji Yamato, who has worries that keep resurfacing. He keeps asking himself, "Just who am 'I'?"
Shogakukan also published the seventh and final compiled volume of Wakaki's Nanoha Yōgashiten no Ii Shigoto (A Great Job at Nanoha Western Sweets Shop) manga on Friday. Wakaki began the manga in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine in April 2015, and ended the series on October 26.
Wakaki ended his The World God Only Knows manga in the series' 26th volume, which shipped in June 2014. The manga inspired three TV anime series, as well as various original video anime (OVA) episodes. Sentai Filmworks has licensed all of the anime projects for North American release.
