I know it was the English dub title, but kills me to see "Magical DoReMi" used as a headline.

It's what the (non-4Kids) European language dubs used as the title, too. I'm pretty sure it's just the general international title for the series.

Yeah, the Latin American Spanish dub was called Magical DoReMi as well, despite being based on the original Japanese version, it wasn't dubbed from the 4Kids version like other anime like Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!
Sometimes I wonder how international titles for certain manga/anime are chosen. For example, it seems Jitsu wa Watashi wa has two official names in English, "Actually, I am" and "My Monster Secret". but the Neutral Spanish dub is called "En realidad, soy", which is a direct translation of "Actually, I am"

With the animation of the Pretty Cute Full Bloom, I hope we get the animated version of Doremi 16-20 novels. I feel the franchise gets ignored while they do a million Pretty Cure things.

Pretty Cure is Toei's only active shoujo franchise (Sailor Moon's been on and off since Crystal) so I get why it gets more media.

But Doremi did get a 20th anniversary movie, and Bandai has been re-releasing Doremi merch recently.

Media wise, a new movie or even a new series starting new protagonists would be nice.

Precure debuted after Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan ended, so it's less being ignored and more that the franchise ended and Precure became the new shoujo series for Toei. Adaptions of the light novels would be nice though.

Do they spell it as "DoReMi" or "Doremi" as Toei does?

German and Italian at least use “DoReMi” with Germany only calling it “DoReMi” and Italy calling it “Magica DoReMi”
