Gabriela Robin is another name for Yoko Kanno.

Learning that first-hand when she came out by singing 'Moon' after a marathon concert at Saitama Super Arena was pretty exhilarating. Once-in-a-lifetime stuff.

That said, not sure she'd be a good fit for the Frontier stuff. Maaya, May'n and Mamegu are a tough act to follow. Did she do an Aimo? I feel like everyone did a version of Aimo at some point.

I didn't get to the Macross live, but Flying Dog Live was pretty good having Fire Bomber, May'n, Megumi Nakajima and Maaya Sakamoto (Yoko Kanno was unable to perform due to illness):
