Maybe you’ve already reported on this, but it isn’t mentioned in the article, so here goes:

As reported at Livedoor, issues one through thirteen of this year’s Weekly Shonen Jump are free to read until March 31st 11:59 JST in the Shonen Jump + app and Shueisha’s online bookstore Zebrack.

I can’t tell if this has anything to do with the coronavirus or is just part of a monthly promotion, but also free to read at the same site until the 31st are all manga by Kōji Ōishi, who I will note is seriously underdocumented in the encyclopedia for a Jump author.
